Building awareness and culture

We have developed a number of different initiatives to build awareness and culture on business ethics within the company. We have also developed different forms of training products, both on-line and written products.

An important goal has been to find ways of presenting complicated topics so that the most important rules are easily understood and remembered. An example of this is the user-friendly Pocket Quick Guide on Business Ethics containing an overview of the key guidelines that employees must keep in mind. The Pocket Guide also includes a very clear statement from the corporate management team on their expectations and ambitions in this area. We have also developed video material for internal use like the one below.
